Selective Call Acceptance

We're trying to block just one annoying telemarketer.  Went to selective call acceptance, created a rule with that number (as an example 8001234567) and now anyone attempting to call gets a message that we're not accepting calls...EVERYONE.

Any ideas?

user_20d5fc, Thanks for reaching out to Comcast Business support. Here is what I found. 
Sign in to the Xfinity Voice Call Blocking Settings page using your Xfinity ID and password.
Enter the telephone number you wish to block and click **Add**. To remove a block, click the **trash icon** next to the number.
You can also block numbers directly after receiving a call by pressing **\*60** to add the number to your Call Screening list.
