Remotely Access voicemail from a Comcast business Mobile phone

We have recently switched from a landline to a mobile phone for a business. We would like to access the voicemail for that phone from our personal phones and our remote working employees. I saw in help webpage that could just hit the # then enter the pin but that does not work. Please advise

Thank you very much for reaching out here. That option for the voicemail should be available on that service. You can contact the Business Mobile team at the 844-963-0206 number for assistance with that feature. I can troubleshoot from here if needed as well.

Hi Mark, thanks for getting back to me. I did call the business mobile team, earlier today. The tech rep told me it was not possible to check voicemail from a remote phone. "That feature was not available"

How do you have that feature activated?

Hi @user_783fd3​ - thank you for sharing that information. Unfortunately, we do not have that feature yet. I do know what you are wanting to do because I've done it before in the past with other providers. I do know we will have that feature one day, but with the limited resources I have, I do not have any details. Usually when you call a phone, and the voicemail answers, you'd press *, and it will ask you for the pin. I hope this information helps. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
