Phone Line is blinking as if in use but it is not in use
The indicator on the phone box is blinking as if the line is in use, but no one is using the line. When a phone is picked up, there is no dial tone. All the phones have been checked and none were off-the-hook.

Hello adamc301 and welcome to forums,
I can reset your Message Waiting Indicator to try and resolve this issue. Once I have rest the MWI you will have to power cycle your phone. Would you please send a private message with the number that is having the issue so I can complete this rest for you?
