Outgoing Caller ID incorrect after several calls

My outgoing caller id is incorrect after several calls to the main comcast business support number.  Any help is appreciated

I am having a similar problem - I need to change the company name on outgoing caller ID.  I have called the help center 3 times now and they have not  been able to get the problem corrected.  Is there someone else I can get in touch with?

Several attempts have been made to correct our going caller id that was set up incorrectly when we switched from our old phone service provider to Comcast. Very, very frustrated with Comcast's "service", and the inability to actually speak to someone who might be able to rectify the problem. Anyone have a solution?

I too have tried at least twice and spent an inordinate amount of time waiting for CSR's to solve the problem of our non-existent outgoing caller id.

We'd like our business name displayed when a customer receives a call from our office yet we still show up as "Unknown" or "Anonymous" 

I would really like to know if anyone has an answer for this.
