No Call History

I setup a Comcast Business Account (phone and internet) in April 2025.

I have been originating and receiving phone calls.

However, no records appear in the Call History web page.

It is has been over 1 month since service started.

Can someone check this for me?

Hi there, @carl_s I'm very sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with your call history. I have link https://business.comcast.com/support/article/voice/call-history that will walk you through the process. Is this the process you are following?-Richard

Yes. I already went through the information on that link. Twice.

I went through it a third time, just now.

"No call history available." is displayed regardless of whether

Last 30, 60 or 90 days is selected.

carl_s If you're not seeing any records in your Call History for your Comcast Business Account, ensure you are signed in correctly to the Xfinity Voice portal. Call history should be available for 90 days. If you still don't see any records, it may be due to a technical issue or account settings.

AFAIK, there is only one way to sign in to the Comcast Business Account (https://business.comcast.com and Sign In).

If there is some other account which is required, please let me know.

Otherwise, how can I escalate this issue, so that it can be resolved?

Thank you, @carl_s There is only one way to log in. Let's get your business account pulled so I can look further into this issue. Can you please DM me your business name, full service address, including the first and last name of the person i have the pleasure of speaking with today.-Richard
