New VoiceEdge User Registration

Trying to register a new Voice user, but every time I try to add a new user, I get the message "The email address selected is already registered, please select another email address". This new user is a new hire and  is not registered in our system, so I'm not sure why we're receiving this message.

Hi aakah2, thank you for posting here with this concern. I know how important it is to have all your voice features working, I use the VoiceEdge services to stay connected with work in and out of office so let's get this working so that your employee can take full advantage of their service. To get the ball rolling could you please send me a private message by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner on your forums page when signed in.

Thanks for reaching back out to me here aakah2, To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:


Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
