Incorrect Caller ID

When I call out, our caller ID shows the name of our former auditors!  I have no idea this happened.  Because of this, people are reluctant to answer my phone call.  The caller ID should say Southwest Greensburg Borough.  Any help would be appreciated.

I am having a similar problem. I go on my dashboard, into manage settings, and try to change my called ID display name and it tell me that an error occurred. "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. If you continue to experience this error, please wait 24 hours and try again." This is my third day of trying. The weird part is I can change my user name or the called ID of another phone with no problem. Please advise

I am having the same issue as above where there is an error with the update but I have tried for 3 days now with no resolution.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.
