How can I file a formal complaint against Comcast for not fixing my business service within 24 hours?
We moved our business on April 18 and all phone lines worked upon moving in. Yesterday between 2:30 and 3:00 all our lines went down. Apparently the lines are now tied to some temporary phone numbers and our old numbers have been inactivated??? Our clients have been unable to call us for almost 24 hours now. Totally unacceptable. The ticket has been escalated and assigned whatever that means. I have not been contacted with an update or an estimate of time to resolve this issue. Who can I complain to for help?

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business"
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list
• - A “Comcast_Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
