Getting caller ID to display business name
Just as the title states, we make a lot of reminder calls, people are more likely to answer if they recognize the name. How can I change this?

Thank you for reaching out today @Cakes20023. I can truly understand how important this is to your business. I am sure this has caused you a lot of frustration. You can manage caller ID settings for Business VoiceEdge users. This includes external caller ID number and internal caller ID name.
1. Sign in to My Account and select Business VoiceEdge from the Services menu.
2. Select Users from navigation menu.
3. Search for or select the specific user from the Users page.
4. Select the pencil icon in the Caller ID section, make any necessary edits, review your changes, and select SAVE.
