I am getting Comcast VOIP service and for purposes of planning I would like to know specifically which equipment would be installed into my business by the Tech?

We do have a couple of options and we would be more than happy to take a look and check if we have details on the equipment that will be installed. Seems like that would be a simple answer but I am getting none no matter how I attempt to contact Comcast on this issue. Looks to me that there are far more questions than answers on this forum.

Aside from our Business Support Site, we would have to look at the actual order in order to disclose any details pertaining to your specific set up. If you reach out to our Sales Team at (800) 391-3000, they would be able to pull up your order specifics and provide further details for you.

Thanks Kaitlan. I already have that modem, what I was looking for was the actual equipment that would be installed for the VOIP service in addition to the modem/gateway. 

I have called the 800 number you provided and many others but no one seems to be able to answer that question.

Thank you for getting back to us, @user_b86821 Hmm, they would be the ones with the exact order information, however I do have a few other places to look into.

Aside from this, I can only refer you back to our Support Team over the phone as we are unable to see the order details. I hope this helps!
