comcast business app

Why doesn't the app show that it is an incoming business call instead of a call to my mobile phone? This is very annoying!

Hey @user_9de204, thank you for reaching out to Comcast Business support on our forums. To make sure I'm on the same page, are you taking about why calls going straight to your cell don't show in the app? The app notifications would just show ones coming from your business as your cell service is going through the carrier.

No, my problem is that the app doesn't indicate at all that it's a call for my work phone. All incoming calls to my cell phone and business app just look like regular calls to my cell phone! It used to show that it was an incoming call through the Comcast Business App but not anymore. I understand there's probably a setting I changed but why is this an option at all?!?!?

Thanks for clearing that up and I'm not sure why it is optional not to have it always set up. There are two different settings for it. The main one on the call forwarding page is"Alert me when a call is forwarded". The others under notifications are for push notifications on your cell phone.

Well I've changed the call forwarding settings in the app and allowed all notifications on my phone and there is still no Comcast notification for business calls. OnePlus 7t Pro, Android 12

I'm very sorry to hear that even after changing the call forwarding notification on your phone, there are still no Comcast notifications for business calls. Please be assured you reached the right person to assist you and to get this issue resolved. Can you please DM me your first and last name along with your full-service address and business name so that I can assist you further?

It's getting so much worse. Now, voicemails are going directly to my personal mobile phone voicemail instead of my work voicemail and I just found 14 new messages there today!!!
