Caller ID

Hello, the caller id it's showing the wrong name. The name of my Business is Greymar International Freight LLC and I the id is showing GLE CARGO that's a competitor company so, I need your help to fix this problem ASAP.

 

I want as caller id just the first name of my company GREYMAR

I am also having a Called ID issue where it displays HG instead of name that is listed correctly when logged into the Comcast business page. I called 4 times today to try and get help; however, the automated attendant at comcast disconnected me every time. Please help!!

I am also having a Called ID issue where it displays the previous account holder's business name instead of our own.  Can you assist?  I attempted to get help via phone but they kept insisting it's an internet issue.

Individual users can manage their Caller ID though My Account.

  1. Sign in and select Manage Settings from the dashboard.

  2. Select the Pencil icon to edit Caller ID display name.

  3. Enter a new Caller ID first name and Caller ID last name. Select the Checkmark to confirm.
