Call history not showing

Hello,

 

   I make international calls every few weeks and the call history page does not show any calls.   I tried both ways:  via the business portal (businessclass.comcast.net) and via the digital voice center and they both do not show any calls.  My account is a primary manager level.

 

   Is there a change in how to correctly access call logs?

Hello Mariah, 

 

Once you login to the business portal and click on the phone tab and call history you should now be able to see your call logs. Please let me know if you're still having issues getting it pulled up.
