Call Forward redirects to Call History
Hi, while trying to get to our Call Forwarding menu we are constantly redirected to Call History. As I need to place the phones on Call Forwarding in the evening and for lunch, this is a big problem for us. Even manually typing the URL instantly redirects us. Earlier as well, half of our menu options were missing; call we had was Dashboard and Account. What causes this error and how can we fix it?

I am having the same issue. Even clicking on call forwarding I am not take there. Is this problem resolved?
