Business Texting not Working

We have used texting with our business phone number for some time and it is an important part of our business.  For the last 2 weeks it has not allowed us to login and comes up with an error screen in the xfinity web portal.  This is the error message:

Access requires Comcast High-Speed Internet

Need it? Subscribe now »
Have it? Use your Comcast ID & password to Sign in now »

Forgot your sign-in info? Get it now »
Learn more about mySIGN-IN by Comcast

If you landed here when attempting to configure "Advanced Call Forwarding" on Xfinity Connect, it is becausethe Xfinity Voice 2go "Advanced Call Forwarding" feature is not currently available for your level of service(Xfinity Voice only or Xfinity Voice & Xfinity TV).

At this time you cannot have calls forwarded from your Xfinity Voice home number to your mobile devices orto your Personal Phone Numbers. This feature should be available in the near future. Please look for an e-mailin the beginning of July letting you know when the Advanced Call Forwarding feature will be enabled.

Of course we have high speed internet and everything has worked fine for years before 2 weeks ago.  Also it comes up with a 503 error no server available sometimes when clicking on the texting tab.

Any Ideas?   Dave

So the same issue is happening again, says we don't have business internet. We have for many years. We have used the business texting feature for years. Starting monday or tuesday of this week, whenever we have clicked on the texting tab, it goes to a screen that says we have to be signed up for high speed internet (which we have for years). Now it just does that over and over. This happens about once a year and they can fix whatever is the problem. I did notice they made us sign in with new security questions which may be a hint. Let me know

We are having the same problem (texting has disappeared on our business account and we have had it for many years!).  The solution below refers to a private message to another user that I cannot access.  PLEASE HELP!  We rely on texting!

Good luck with this Diz, the response given to me was that it is not a feature on business phones.  They never did get it working again.  I don't understand why it worked for years fine and now they removed it.  You probably will need to look into other options which arent too many for non-enterprise small business users.  Very frustrating
