The problem is still not solved. Should the new customer call me or leave a message on your company phone?

Hi @user_b4e23c Thanks for reaching out to our Digital care team for help. Can you tell us more about what's going on to help. Are all your calls going to another number? Do you have call forwarding set up?  Are all calls going to a different number or just one?
