business mobile phone not ringing on first attempt
Hello,
We have motorola business phones for our restaurant. We are receiving constant complaints that the first attempt to call never goes through. It rings and then just goes to VM or ends. The second attempt, the call will come through. We have reset the phones, turned off forwarding (*73), reinserted the SIM card. Nothing works. Comcast support was supposed to call us and we never heard back. We also have now requested to go back to a landline and did not receive a contract. I have been reaching out many times to get a result and not one person has given us a firm solution.
Tech support had called us once, they tried calling on their end, and the phone did not work. They were supposed to get back to us with a solution...not one communication.
Can someone please help?
