Be Anywhere does not work

I have enabled "Be Anywhere" in the Comcast app on my iphone.  I have added the iphone's number to the account.

But, I want to PLACE calls from the app while on the road, and the number that appears should be the Comcast landline number.

This I can not get working.

Hey there, @user_56a9d7! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us via the Comcast Business Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the Be Anywhere feature, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. 

 

When you attempt to place a call from the App, does it show your iPhone number and not the main business line? Did you follow the steps here to ensure it is all activated properly? Please let us know.
